Quest
Norfolk Quest is a Norfolk wide service that offers personalised programmes and support based on individual needs. It is for people who have been assessed by their local community mental health team as needing this help.
The service will provide support and opportunities to get into constructive leisure activities, education, volunteering and work.
It brings 3 leading mental health charities together to support individuals - Mind, Rethink and Meridian East. The service is broken up into three parts: the Community Engagement Team (Mind), who work on improving social inclusion, the Vocational Skills Team (Broadland Meridian), who provide support with employment and the Aspirations Team (Rethink) which support building social skills and identifying personal goals.
Referrals are only accepted from a care coordinator.
