Last year, Norfolk County Council set out to transform the provision of mental health services across Norfolk.  Together for Mental Wellbeing was successful in gaining the contract to provide a combined supported living, outreach and floating support service and will be delivering this in partnership with Norwich and Central Norfolk Mind, St Martins Trust, West Norfolk Mind and Great Yarmouth & Waveney Mind.

We require experienced individuals to join a new exciting and innovative
team to provide psychologically-informed, recovery focused support to people with mental health and complex needs.

You will need to develop and use skills and knowledge to support people accessing the service to manage their mental health, improve physical health, build support networks and engage with specialist services.

The role will require working flexibly and remotely as part of a geographically-spread team, including daily local travel within the service locality and, where appropriate, working within wider localities across Norfolk to support the demand and capacity requirements of the Norfolk-wide Integrated Housing and Community Support Service.

There will be a requirement to undertake daytime and evening duties as directed, including some weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.  Sleep-ins will be in addition to any agreed contracted hours and will attract a rate of £36.92 per sleep in plus normal hourly rate for any times during which someone is woken.
